A Church Health Check
Pulse examines a range of factors that contribute to church health and effectiveness.
These are grouped into two broad categories:
Key Ministry Indicators (KMIs)
These assess the areas of ministry that Jesus called His Church to fulfil, including discipleship, worship, community, service, and mission.. They are shown in basic form below:

| Service | Evaluates: Releasing into ministry, service to the body, service in the community etc. |
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
These assess the organisational factors that help a church function effectively, including leadership, communication, safeguarding, volunteer support, well-being, and church life.

| Leaders | Evaluates: Those in ministry or serving on teams in the church etc. |
Together, these indicators provide a comprehensive picture of church health and help leaders celebrate what is working well while identifying areas for future growth and development.
